How to get help
Email us at edward.nizamov@gmail.com with a short description of the issue. To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
- The extension name and version (shown in the extension’s settings)
- Your Tableau environment (Desktop / Server / Cloud) and version
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if possible (with any sensitive data removed)
Response times
We aim to acknowledge every request within two business days. For severity-one issues — an extension is fully broken or unavailable in production — we prioritise a response as quickly as possible. Most questions are resolved within one business week.
