Terms of Service
The terms under which you may use Data & Beyond extensions.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Tableau extensions and related tools published under the Data & Beyond brand (the “Extensions”), including KPI Card, DendroMap Explorer, and EasyTables. By installing or using an Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extensions.
1. The Publisher
The Extensions are published by EDUARD NIZAMOV PR, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Serbia (the “Publisher”, “we”, “us”).

2. Licence to use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use official releases of the Extensions for their intended purpose within Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud, including deployment for users within your organisation. This end-user licence does not grant any right to use, copy, modify, or redistribute source code unless a separate written licence expressly permits it. The availability of source code in a repository or distribution package does not make it open source. EasyTables is proprietary software. When an Extension is expressly distributed under a separate open-source licence, that licence also applies and controls to the extent of any conflict. When you obtain an Extension through the Tableau Exchange, the applicable Tableau Exchange end-user terms also apply.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
- Sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute outside your organisation, or otherwise commercially exploit an Extension except as expressly permitted by these Terms or an applicable open-source licence;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble an Extension except where permitted by applicable law or an applicable open-source licence;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices;
- Use the Extensions in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Extensions, including source code, design, and branding, remain owned by the Publisher or the relevant third-party licensors. EasyTables source code and first-party assets are proprietary. Open-source licences grant permissions only for the components to which they apply and do not transfer copyright ownership. “Tableau” and related marks are the property of Salesforce, Inc.; the Extensions are independent and are not endorsed by or affiliated with Salesforce beyond participation in the Tableau Exchange.
5. Pricing and editions
Extensions listed on the Tableau Exchange are available there free of charge. We may offer optional enhanced or “Pro” capabilities, enterprise support, or related services under separate commercial terms and purchase flows outside the Tableau Exchange. Paid capabilities may be activated within the same Exchange-listed Extension without changing its manifest or reinstalling it. The Extension remains free to obtain; a separate entitlement may be required only for optional paid capabilities. Nothing in these Terms obliges us to provide any paid capability.
6. Data and privacy
The Extensions are designed to keep your data in your environment. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranty
THE EXTENSIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Extensions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every version or configuration of Tableau.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Extensions. Where an Extension is obtained through the Tableau Exchange, the limitation of liability in the applicable Tableau Exchange end-user licence also applies.
9. Support and updates
We provide support for the Extensions as described on our Support page. We aim to keep the Extensions compatible with current Tableau Extensions API releases, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue an Extension at any time.
10. Termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Extensions. Your rights terminate automatically if you breach them. On termination, you must stop using and remove the Extensions.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Where an Extension is distributed via the Tableau Exchange, the governing-law and venue terms of the applicable Tableau Exchange end-user licence apply to that distribution.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Extensions after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
