Refund and cancellation policy

EasyTables annual licences are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. EDUARD NIZAMOV PR, Serbia, supplies the software and support.

14-day refund

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase and within 14 days of each annual renewal charge, for any reason. Use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or email edward.nizamov@gmail.com with your order number. Lemon Squeezy refunds the original payment method, and EasyTables access ends when the refund is issued. Never send card details or passwords by email.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the customer portal or by email. The subscription then does not renew, and EasyTables keeps working until the end of the paid year and for 7 more days, then continues as EasyTables Free with its 10-account monthly limit. After the 14-day refund window, the unused part of a year is not refunded.

Directly invoiced orders

Orders invoiced directly by EDUARD NIZAMOV PR follow the same refund and cancellation rules unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
