Planned commercial offer

The annual offer remains prepared for commercial launch. Exact Tableau deployments are approved privately before trial, Free or paid access. Paid checkout and automatic paid fulfillment are not live.

• Community: free for organizations with up to 10 active Tableau accounts in an approved deployment, subject to the agreed scope. Automatic individual-account counting and hard account cutoffs are suspended until a trustworthy Tableau identity mechanism is available. Do not use this number as a claim that the runtime has verified people or will silently block the 11th account.
• Evaluation: one 30-day trial without a payment card after an authorized deployment owner completes private registration. An unregistered address/site does not start its own trial by opening a board. Reinstalling the manifest or opening another board does not restart an approved trial.
• Annual organization licence: US$120 per year for up to 20 accounts. Accounts 21–99 add US$6 each; from account 100, each additional account adds US$5. Prices are before applicable tax. There are no forced packs: 11 or 20 accounts cost US$120, 25 cost US$150, 100 cost US$599, 505 cost US$2,624, and 700 cost US$3,599 per year. The lower rate applies only to accounts from number 100 onward, so adding that account never reduces the annual charge.
• Paid capacity is agreed for the organization’s registered Tableau sites. Account measurement and capacity changes require a verified customer process; browser-supplied identifiers are not trusted for automatic overage charges or access denials. Additional boards on an approved site do not require another manifest. Live Cloud licensing acceptance remains pending.

Registration and approval of the relevant address/site come before purchase; additional sites require approval. The common extension manifest is unchanged when the registered paid entitlement is updated centrally. Checkout, purchase references and automatic fulfillment remain separate unfinished work.

Current availability

Version 1.37.1 automatically checks Server/Cloud access before reading table data and renews it during use. It sends only the observed Tableau context, HTTPS address and exact site content URL; the automatic request does not send an account identifier. Access is mandatory; changing manifest contents or a URL parameter does not disable it. Desktop authoring provides a local preview. Missing or ambiguous site information blocks access rather than guessing a Cloud tenant or site. The Tableau owner must register a new site through the private approval process.

A runtime decision lasts at most five minutes. A temporary outage may retain the current decision only until its original expiry; initial failures, denials and expiry block the table and export while preserving settings. Retry can recover when access is available. An expired approved paid entitlement falls back to the Free terms, not a new trial. Explicitly revoked registrations remain denied.

Each approved registration names one exact address/site. Browser-provided deployment data alone does not prove ownership. Earlier first-seen trial and account-slot records, if present, remain as history but do not start or enforce new trials. They do not trigger invoices or overage charges.

The price calculator does not place an order, charge a card or start renewal. Checkout remains disabled until the merchant configuration, final terms, tax treatment and deployment registration flow have been verified.

Before payment opens

The checkout and order confirmation will identify the seller, registered organization, capacity, annual charge, applicable taxes, service dates, renewal arrangement, cancellation method and any refund rights. The annual terms will be provided in a form you can save. No blanket exclusion of mandatory consumer rights is intended.

No payment provider has been approved or enabled for EasyTables. No EasyTables card checkout is available yet. EasyTables will not request a card number in its website form or Tableau extension. Billing management and activation access will be restricted to verified purchase administrators; ordinary Tableau viewers will not see invoices or company billing details. The final flow may use the approved payment provider’s billing portal. Self-service purchase-key activation is not yet available.

If a future approved provider acts as merchant of record, checkout will name that seller and link its buyer terms and refund process before purchase. The Publisher supplies the software licence and support. See the current Refund and cancellation policy.

For a manually invoiced order from the Serbian seller, contact support to agree registration, scope, tax treatment and payment instructions. No bank details are published here. The same common-manifest and central-entitlement approach applies; an invoice does not bypass deployment approval.
