EasyTables licence and purchase terms

EasyTables is published by EDUARD NIZAMOV PR, a sole proprietor in Serbia, Njegoševa 9, 34210 Rača, Serbia, registration number (MB) 66819027, tax ID (PIB) 113428509. Contact: edward.nizamov@gmail.com. These terms add to the Terms of Service.

Editions

  • Tableau Desktop: free. No licence is needed to build workbooks.
  • EasyTables Free: on Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud, up to 10 Tableau accounts per calendar month, with no time limit, no payment card and no registration.
  • Annual licence: at least 25 accounts. Marginal annual prices per account: $7 for accounts 1–99, $6 for accounts 100–249, $5 for accounts 250–499 and $4 from account 500. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Examples: 25 accounts cost $175 a year, 100 cost $699, 250 cost $1,598, 505 cost $2,867 and 700 cost $3,647.

EasyTables Free

EasyTables Free starts on its own. On Tableau Server it starts with the first visit and covers the server, or the site when EasyTables can see it. On Tableau Cloud an author opens the workbook in Edit mode once; EasyTables then saves an installation code in the workbook, and the same author’s next workbooks receive the same code. Viewers need no action.

The first ten Tableau accounts that open EasyTables in a calendar month (UTC) keep access for that whole month. From the eleventh account, EasyTables shows a purchase window instead of the table until the next month begins, and saved table settings are kept. Table settings and View options show the free version and this month’s account count. A paid licence for the same address and site takes precedence over EasyTables Free.

Account capacity

A paid licence covers the number of Tableau accounts you buy that use EasyTables on the activated site. A paid licence does not count or block individual users. You are responsible for staying within the purchased number and for adding accounts when more people use EasyTables; we may ask once a year to confirm the number in use. To add accounts, email us: we update the subscription and the extra accounts are billed for the rest of the current term.

Activation and scope

After purchase, Lemon Squeezy emails a licence key. Enter it once on the activation page together with your Tableau HTTPS address and site. The licence then works:

  • on Tableau Server, in every workbook on that exact address and site, when the site is visible to EasyTables; otherwise an author saves the activation code in the workbook;
  • on Tableau Cloud, in each workbook where an author saves the activation code once; EasyTables offers a code the author has already used in the same browser, so it takes one click;
  • for viewers, with no action on their side.

Each activation covers one exact Tableau address and site. Another site needs its own licence. Keep the licence key and activation code within your organisation.

Term, renewal and cancellation

  • A licence runs for one year from purchase and renews automatically each year until it is cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time in the customer portal or by email. EasyTables keeps working until the end of the paid year and for 7 more days.
  • If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy retries it for up to 2 weeks. Paid access continues meanwhile, for up to 14 days after the end of the paid year. If the payment is not recovered, the paid licence is suspended until the subscription is paid.
  • A refunded purchase ends the paid licence when the refund is issued.
  • When a paid licence ends or is suspended, EasyTables continues as EasyTables Free with its 10-account monthly limit. On Tableau Cloud an author opens each workbook in Edit mode once to connect it.
  • Workbook authors see a notice in edit mode before paid access ends and when a payment has failed. Your table settings are always preserved.

Payment and refunds

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. It sells the subscription, charges the payment and applicable taxes, issues receipts and invoices, and processes refunds under its buyer terms. EDUARD NIZAMOV PR supplies the software licence and support. EasyTables and these pages never ask for card details.

Data

Licensing processes only the data described in the EasyTables privacy notice. Worksheet data never leaves your Tableau environment. For help, see Support.
