DendroMap Explorer Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how DendroMap Explorer handles information.
Information We Process
This Extension runs entirely within your browser. It reads only the summary data you bind to the visualisation and renders it locally. It does not collect, transmit, or store any of that data, nor any usage analytics, telemetry, or information about you or your use of the Extension. No data leaves your environment, and we receive nothing.
In particular, the Extension does not collect, transmit, or store:
- Dashboard content or specific values from reports
- Usage analytics, telemetry, or interaction events
- Pseudonymous or hashed identifiers, session identifiers, organization or user identifiers
- Product or Tableau version, locale, or browser type
- Tableau server domains or hostnames
- Personal names or email addresses
- IP addresses or precise location
- Passwords or credentials
Tableau Exchange Download Data
The only information we may ever receive comes from Tableau, not from the Extension. When you obtain DendroMap Explorer through the Tableau Exchange, Tableau may share limited “Lead” information about that download with us as the contributor — typically a username, an email address, the listing name, and the download date. This information originates from Tableau under its own terms, not from anything the Extension collects or transmits.
Your Rights
Users have certain rights regarding their information depending on applicable law. Contact us for details.
Do Not Track
We do not collect browsing data, so there is nothing to track regardless of Do Not Track signals.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
