End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This is a legal agreement between you and the developers of DendroMap Explorer (“Licensor”). By using the Software, you agree to these terms.

1. Grant of License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Software in accordance with this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Software.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

The Software runs entirely within your browser. It reads only the summary data you bind to the visualisation and renders it locally. It does not collect, transmit, or store any of that data, nor any usage analytics, telemetry, or information about you or your use of the Software. No data leaves your environment, and we receive nothing.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS”, without any warranties.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.
