I run shared analytics infrastructure and tools used by 150+ BI developers and analysts across the holding, with responsibility for reliability, access, automation and engineering standards.
My career started in commercial analytics in aviation in 2014, then moved into BI engineering and technical management. I built the BI function and established its operating model across hiring, performance management, career development and production standards. Today I manage technical leads and set platform direction beyond my direct team.
I'm a Tableau Ambassador for 2026–2027. My public work includes two tools on Tableau Exchange and an AI dashboard project in Tableau's DataFam Analytics & AI Gallery. I also designed a 16-lesson Tableau course, delivered 100+ live sessions to 100+ students, and have spoken at Tableau User Groups in Serbia and Cyprus.

- Manage technical leads across BI and data analytics; set platform direction for infrastructure and tools used by 150+ BI developers and analysts across the holding.
- Own Tableau Server and adjacent analytics services: reliability, access, incident response, migrations and release controls across an estate of ~1,000 dashboards.
- Use adoption and access analytics to identify inactive accounts and underused dashboards, and support product teams in revisiting reporting requirements.
- Set direction for a portfolio of ~20 BI tools and prototypes, including a shared report builder. Apply AI to engineering workflows with review and release controls.

- Grew the BI function to 20 specialists. Interviewed every successful hire and established hiring, performance review and promotion processes supported by a competency framework.
- Made a common BI design standard mandatory in production and introduced automated checks to enforce it.
